Children's Special Events

Families are important to us at First Baptist Church. We offer many activites for families to come together for fun and learning. Some events are family focused and some are geared only for children but all activities focus on Jesus. Some of the events include:

Fall Family Festival

First Friday Family Nights

Games galore with the whole family.

Giant Easter Party & Egg Hunt

A great time!

Student Life Children's Camp

What a great opportunity for a summer retreat for children. This extended weekend at the end of June and first of July helps children learn responsibility while having a great time in God's creation.

Upward Basketball

Playing basketball with a whole new approach. Fun for children on Saturday mornings starting in the Fall.

Vacation Bible School

For one week in the month of June children from 3 years of age through 6th grade come together for a great time of learning about Jesus. This special week has a theme which is followed throughout each day in music, games, crafts, snacks, a missions lesson and Bible study. An exceptional time of learning and fun.

W.O.W. - Way Out Wednesdays

W.O.W. is a learning and fellowship time on Wednesday evenings throughout the summer months (May - August). Children from 3rd through 6th grade meet from 5:30 - 8:00 p.m. for a special time of fun.
