Old Stone Church

The “Old Stone Church” and the parsonage in North Bennington, Vermont were given to the Green Mountain Baptist Association in the spring of 2005 provided they would start a new ministry in it.  The parsonage was remodeled in the summer of 2005 and a new pastor moved in it in August of that year.  Worship services were started September 2005 in Grace Christian School in Bennington and the new church plant was named Capstone Baptist Church.  Work was begun the summer of 2006 restoring the church building with the projected completion date late August 2007.  The picture story shows progress through 2006 and more will be added as the work progresses.
